Bitcitizen: Made for Bitcoiners who operate in the real world.

Bitcitizen is a Bitcoin-first company for Bitcoiners who operate globally. We build legal structure, mobility pathways, and payment rails so you can live and do business across borders; all done without banking intermediaries, fiat-first gatekeepers, or systems that treat Bitcoin as an afterthought.

Made for Bitcoiners who operate in the real world.

OUR VISION

Former DHS immigration policy advisor. Air Force veteran. LL.M. in European law from the University of Malta.

Adam built Bitcitizen because the Bitcoiners he worked with needed legal infrastructure that understood their world — not a traditional law firm that treated Bitcoin as a liability.

With direct experience navigating U.S. immigration policy, international residency programs, and Wyoming's crypto-friendly corporate law, Adam now helps Bitcoiners protect their wealth, expand their options, and operate across borders with the same sovereignty they expect from their money.

Bitcitizen is the only firm combining Wyoming LLC formation and citizenship-by-investment under one roof, built from day one for people who pay in Bitcoin and think in sats.

WHERE WE WORK

Bitcitizen is global by default. We work remotely with clients worldwide and coordinate across jurisdictions — from Wyoming LLC formation to mobility pathways in Vanuatu, São Tomé and Príncipe, and Argentina. For qualified clients,  we also offer select “off-menu” citizenships when it’s the right fit.

PRICING

Bitcitizen offers fixed-fee pricing with a clear scope before you commit. You'll always know what's included, what's optional, and what comes next. We accept Bitcoin, stablecoin (USDT/USDC), and traditional rails.
